Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Asynx Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Asynx Devs Private Limited provides technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Web development services
• SaaS application development
• E-commerce platform development
• Cloud infrastructure services
• Self-hosting solutions
• Technology consulting

Payment terms are as follows:

• All fees are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments do not guarantee service delivery unless explicitly confirmed by the Company in writing

Payments made through our website, including via third-party payment gateways, are processed through an automated system.

Submission of payment does not by itself constitute acceptance of a service request, confirmation of scope, or initiation of work.

All payments are subject to internal review and verification by Asynx Devs Private Limited. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional information regarding the purpose of payment
• Place payments on hold pending clarification
• Reject or refund payments that lack sufficient business context
• Decline service delivery where no prior agreement or confirmation exists

By making a payment, the customer confirms that the transaction is voluntary and made solely for legitimate business services offered by the Company.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the payment process, including name, email address, phone number, and payment description, are accurate and complete.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery of services, or inability to verify payments arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

Payments made with incorrect or unverifiable details may be treated as unallocated and subject to verification or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All custom work developed for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment
• We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Clients grant us the right to use their project as a case study unless otherwise specified

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asynx Devs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• All outstanding payments become due upon termination
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
